Fitness 101

Maybe your doctor recommended you start exercising. Maybe you’ve noticed you huff and puff after climbing a flight of stairs. Maybe you avoid going out because you don’t trust your balance.

You’ve realized you’re not getting any younger, and afraid that your golden years are going to not be as you had hoped.

I work with hard working people who have dedicated their lives to their work, and their families ~ to the point that their own health and fitness has been neglected.

The good news is that change IS possible.

I’ve worked in fitness for 20 years.  I have a strong rehab background, with a Masters Degree in Athletic Training and 2 years working post-rehab in a hospital setting. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a special certification in Senior Fitness.

The correct exercises for YOU will give you everything you could ever want.  Better endurance so you can travel. Strength to support your bones, and carry your grandkids. Improved balance so you can catch yourself and avoid a catastrophic fall. Core strength and flexibility so you get rid of aches and pains.
