What makes me qualified to help this unique population?
~ I’ve been working in fitness for 20 years
~ I worked in a Hospital Wellness Center in Florida for 2 years, alongside Physical Therapists, helping clients coming from rehab into fitness safely. Most of my clients were 55+ and recovering from joint replacements, surgery, and injury.
~ I earned my Masters Degree in Athletic Training / Sports Medicine. Interned at Physical Therapy offices, and helped high school and college athletes rehab from injuries.
~ I’ve coached hundreds (thousands?) of clients overhaul their health and fitness over my 20 year career.
Most had been told by their doctor that they needed to start exercising because they had Type II Diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, or to lose weight.
The problem was, they weren’t told by their doctors HOW they needed to exercise. (Maybe you’re in the same boat?)
And joining a typical gym, with a ‘weekend workshop certified’ personal trainer isn’t going to cut it for you. You need someone with intense knowledge and education about your specific concerns.

~ We stretch the muscles that need to be stretched. Eliminating injuries, sprains, and strains.
In other words, we open the door to more physical freedom in your life. So you can do all the things you REALLY want to do. Like play with your grandkids, travel, visit with friends.
